I do not recommend purchasing from MediaExpert. The Edifier W820NB Plus headphones stopped connecting to my MacBook on the third day of use after purchasing them on August 17, 2024. I returned them to the store on August 21, 2024, but the store employees refused to accept the return and forced me to send them for repair claiming its because they found a minor scratch on the side of the head belt which by the way i dont know when and where came from , even though I had only used them for three days. I am still waiting for their return, although I would prefer to cancel the purchase. I do not recommend buying from MediaExpert because they do not refund or exchange products that do not work from the start. I am disappointed with both the Edifier product and the service at MediaExpert Wola Park in Warsaw. Additionally, the sound quality of the headphones was very mediocre. The sound was flat and lacked depth, which further deepened my disappointment. The headphones also had charging and Bluetooth connection issues from the very beginning, both on the MacBook and other devices I tested. Moreover, the active noise cancellation (ANC) function worked very poorly - despite turning on the ANC mode, I could still hear noise. Nadal czekam na ich zwrot, mimo że wolałbym zrezygnować z zakupu. Nie polecam kupować w MediaExpert, ponieważ nie zwracają pieniędzy ani nie wymieniają produktów, które nie działają od początku. Jestem rozczarowany zarówno produktem Edifier, jak i obsługą w MediaExpert Wola Park w Warszawie. Dodatkowo, jakość dźwięku słuchawek była bardzo przeciętna. Dźwięk był płaski i brakowało mu głębi, co dodatkowo pogłębiło moje rozczarowanie. Słuchawki miały również problemy z ładowaniem i połączeniem Bluetooth od samego początku, zarówno na MacBooku, jak i na innych urządzeniach, które sprawdziłem. Co więcej, funkcja aktywnej redukcji szumów (ANC) działała bardzo słabo - mimo włączenia trybu ANC, nadal słyszałem hałas. I do not recommend purchasing from MediaExpert. nice ad by the way

I'm listing this video with edifierW830nb. sound quality is good. ANC is ok. not noticeable improvement compare to older model 820+. it's look cheap but better than 820+. if you can find this under 80$ I would say it worth for the price. I bought it around 60$. this Headphone feel very heavy .

I have been rocking this pair for over a year now and It works just fine. And sound is best on a 50$ ear phone. Would recommend to anyone who wants decent audio and noice cancelling

This advert is a complete lie. These headphones lean heavily on DSP, digital signal processing and there is no way to disable it. Every change the producer makes on the mixing desk would be heavily negated if not outright cancelled by the DSP in the headphones. Dear Edifier let us disable the DSP in the headphones so we can use them passively, e.g. not powered on even when wired.

Bought a pair of W240TN a few days ago i just wanna say earbuds in my personal opinion are FANTASTIC, exceptional sound quality, premium look , premium finish quality as well , battery is great , comfort is good, nice app features, in combination with EQ nice soft bass , clear treble, outstanding noise canceling. Overall I'm very picky with audio sound , these pair of Edifier w240tn reached out my expectations , highly recommending this particular earbuds, compliments for Edifier commpany as well they have great products and consistent growth as a brand.
